上海戏剧学院戏剧文学系教授。
主要担任校内和社会职务：
上海戏剧学院跨文化交流学专任教师。美国加州大学伯克利分校人类表演学博士。曾担任国际人类表演学学会(PSi/Performance Studies international)、舞蹈研究协会(DSA/Dance Studies Association)理事。
从事人类表演学、跨文化交流学、纪录戏剧、舞蹈研究相关与跨学科研究，结合理论与实践。发表论文于领域内重要国际学术会议：国际人类表演学会议(PSi/Performance Studies international)、世界戏剧联盟（IFTR/International Federation for Theatre Research）、舞蹈研究协会（DSA/Dance Studies Association），并曾担任PSi与DSA理事，从事国际学术服务工作。发表学术论文于A&HCI期刊与领域内重要文集。作为作为跨文化交流学教学团队的主要成员，获得国家级教学成果奖二等奖。策划指导上海戏剧学院中外研究生表演专场《故事·流》，展演于第十三届上海双年展。长年致力于创作编导展演、跨界合作、公共教育，结合教学、理论与实践。2023年起担任乌镇戏剧节青年竞演评委。主创改编自意大利作家卡尔维诺同名小说的舞蹈剧场《看不见的城市》获选上海国际舞蹈中心委约孵化计划、上剧场青创扶植计划，以及意大利驻沪总领事馆及文化处马可·波罗逝世700周年纪念特别支持。发表中文表演艺术评论与引介文章于《PAR：表演艺术》、《美育》等刊物。
